How your color consultation works
- Send an inquiry so we can confirm the right package for your home.
- For virtual work, share your questionnaire and four to six clear photos, including the finishes and furnishings staying in place.
- Receive written recommendations within three to five business days after payment, questionnaire, and photos are received. Samples ship separately.
- Test your samples in daylight and your usual evening lighting. Your color package includes one round of revisions requested within seven calendar days of sample delivery, with the space, existing furnishings and finishes, and overall direction staying the same.
